Advantages Great variety of music
Disadvantages Closed Tuesdays, does get busy
This is probably the best club ever known! There are three different floors, three different tastes to absorb, and six great nights out to be had here!
Situated in the Grand Arcade in Leeds, it is fairly easy to find -and you'll recognise it from the size of the ques, but they go down quick enough! On each floor is a different themed area. As you enter on the ground floor you walk into "Bar Purgatory" which hosts a great culture mix of people who swing to the soul and R 'n' B/Hip hop type music. There's a bar, toilets and floor on two levels, complete with sixties style seats that dangle on chains from the ceiling, but they are so comfy.
Below that is the basement. Hell..! It is dark, smokey, with painted flames on the wall, and complete with cage in the middle! It churns out hard house and trance all nite, but be warned -it ain't half hot down there! There is air conditioning now, but it can still get very hot dancing, and because it is usually full.Upstairs is the Heaven room. This is the largest of the three areas, and the most popular too. You can hear cheesy tunes and 70's+80's all nite long and admire Chesney Hawkes and the like as much as you desire!(he gets airtime every week unfortunately). There are a couple of bar areas in here too, and seating, plus the entrance to the VIP area and bar, whcih you can spot minor celebs and footy players drinking away from, and if you have a pass you could go say hello as well.
This club hosts great variety and if you get bored there's no need to pay to get into another place, becuase it's all here. The most expensive night there is £6, but look out for angels and devils roaming the streets at night to pick up a promo flyer which will get you money off. The people are friendly, and even the bouncers are friendly and helpful when you need them to be -and there's enough of them to keep things secure and still have a good night out.
Go on, then you'll know life can be Heaven and Hell, and a good night out as well!

Sounds better than the Heaven and Hell we have in Stockport which is based on the same idea but looks like a dingy old social club, is full of 15 year olds and plays tunes maybe three times in one night! We also have the devils and angels roaming the streets! x
