this hotel is slap bang in middle of all the entertainment in benidorm so would be ideal for those seeking bar crawling really cheap. the beach is literally down the road from the hotel, id say about 200metres away. the beach is really and not so overcrowded as you would think it be in the summer.
plenty of shops and mini markets about (also those taccy shops that sell crap but we love them dont we haha). the hotel is very clean and shiny. alot of spanish residents come to this hotel too so be wary because some are quite rude and think they own it. the rooms are decent sizes, no kettle or sink though because you get everything full board at this hotel. you get a small tv, twin or double bed, nice bathroom and a really good balcony.
if you have the balcony facing the pool then you have the best view because they have nightly entertainment there so you can watch from your room, but if your on the other side then im sorry but all you see is a building bein partially built and drunks bein sick at night :(
the entertainment varies by day, they have exercises and games like archery and pool fitness during day and at night they play music (some kind of upto date but some classics) and have mini shows like parrots or pablo hostin adult games where he basically makes you do funny things but quite embarassing for those doing it. for example he might make you go round to see how many bras or mens trousers you can collect XD he also does a handstand on the huge sign on top of hotel which is really :O because he is quite close to falling.
food.... is blah. if you love fish then your in heaven..... everyday their main was fish, fish with eyes or fish in batter, yuk. they often do pasta though and they always have chips and gravy. they have plenty of fruit and yoghurts and the deserts vary aswell. just dont eat the melons because they always have flies on them. the dining room is pretty big and they used to make you sit on a certain table but they don't anymore, you can sit anywhere available. breakfast is about 8-10, lunch around 12:45-2 and dinner is 7:15-9:45.
overall it was a nice holiday because you can talk to your rep and organise trips out to like mundomar which is a sea life centre and have dolphin and sea lion shows, or theres terra mitica a giant theme park, or you can get the bus around to local shops or the old benidorm town which is really nice and humble :)
