Advantages Great food, service, rooms, pool, facilities, etc...
Disadvantages Quite isolated, possibly a little more attention to detail would be good - but I'm nitpicking

Last year my then boyfriend and I made the big decision to get married abroad – in secret. We wanted to go somewhere a bit different and off the beaten track, so we booked this hotel in Sri Lanka through Kuoni. (Incidentally, Ciao have spelt the hotel’s name wrong – It’s the Heritance Ahungalla.) Check inWhen we arrived (looking amazing after an 11 hour flight then the three hour drive from the airport, I’m sure) we just handed over our passports to be copied, and were seated and offered a fresh glass of juice and a cold flannel.
