We stayed at The Hermitage Hotel in Bournemouth for one night, we found that all the staff were attentive and helpful. We had coffee down stairs in the lounge section greeted by a smiling waiter (nothing seemed too much trouble ) then went shopping. We had a three course meal in the evening before we went to see a show at the BIC the eveing meal was excellent ( better than some of the restaurants in the area ) again the staff were attentive but not over powering we did not feel rushed but enjoyed the atmosphere. The room was clean and up to date, the television only picked up 4 channels when there was suppose to be more. We had breakfast in the morning good food but have had better, i feel that maybe a self service of the whole service would be better. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will be going back when we see another show that we want to see
