I booked a car at Glasgow Airport online, with two booster seats for my children. They were supposed to be £15 (for the two of them)for the week, according to the online quote.
But when I received the bill at home, a few days after returning the car, I found out that I had been charged £35 (2 x £17.5) for the 'child seats' !
Of course, I complained through the Customer Satisfaction Survey I was asked to complete afterwards, but it really looks like the so-called Customer service has no interest at all in my comments... Or maybe it is overstreched due to many complaints ?
I would have appreciated at least a few explanations about the way they billed me and eventually to get my money back if, as I assume, a mistake was made.
