We also had a mini-bar in the room, which offered water, coke, lemonade, beer, minature spirits, Pringles, Toblerone, and jelly babies. BEWARE - these items are VERY expensive! We had 2 bottles of coke before checking the price list and discovered that they were £2.80 each! And the minature spirits were £6 each! I know you expect this from a minibar, especially in London, ... ...it!

There is a concierge service at the hotel who are happy to provide you with directions or book a taxi for you. We were also able to leave our luggage in a room when we checked out so we could spend another day in London.

As some of you may know it was my birthday last month, I was a very lucky girl this year as my lovely boyfriend whisked me to London for the night to go and see Mamma Mia and to stay the night at the Hesperia Hotel. The hotel is located near Victoria Station, when I say near I mean near, about 2 minutes away. First impressions are good, the front of the hotel has ... ...reception area and into the bar and lounge area. We where staying on floor two and a lift was an available for easy access to this level. The room was a good size with twin beds pushed together, two bedside tables, a dressing table and wardrobe; we also had a large TV which had SKY.
