Advantages: Comfortable, clean, good location Disadvantages: Prices during the week
I like my home comforts when I am travelling abroad, but Mr Tart is quite happy to stay in any old hostel. We were looking for somewhere to stay on a trip to Boston and had decided that a guest house would be a happy medium. However, they weren?t that cheap and when I had a look on Expedia and found a Hilton for less money I couldn?t believe my luck!
LOCATION:
This Hilton is located in Boston?s Financial District. It is at 89 Broad Street. Despite it being in the Financial District we found it very easy to walk from the hotel to the main tourist sites of the city. Quincy Market and the Old State House were only 10 minutes walk away.
PRICES:
The price of this particular hotel seems to vary a lot depending on when you stay and who you book through. As the hotel is in the Financial District it puts up a lot of business ...
Advantages: Excellent dollar rate, laid back city Disadvantages: Spent too much shopping and did not get to see the famous New England Fall trees!

We stated at the Harvard Square Hotel – a doubletree chain – nothing special but it ...

the Hotel where I checked in and sent my bags to the room.
We drove along the left bank of the Charles Rive to reach the University. Cambridge is another City that runs into Boston. You wouldn't know that they were different Cities without seeing the sign. We drove pas the ivy leave old buildings to reach the Fine Arts Building. I cannot tell you how beautiful this University is.
I got back to the Hotel that night and was so tired I took a shower, ordered room service and went to bed.
The next day I hired a private Guide to show me some of the sites because there are so many and I wanted to visit as much as I could.
We first went to see the Boston Common which was the fist Park the City built, (my Guide told me that there are over 2,000 Parks today. This should tell you that this City is so green and pretty.
Next I saw the Museum ...
