If you have kids then chances are they will want a fun dining experience and not the kind of formal hotel dining teh Hilton offers in the evening. ... more
This hotel says it runs a shuttle bus to Universal but we never saw the bus and the walk to he front gates of the theme park is about 5 minutes. That is the benefit of staying here- being able to get into the park as soon as it opens though we did have a problem when asking staff what time that opening was. We were told 2 different times by two staff members so it worth checking with the park direct.
The hotel itself is a bit anonymous in the sense it doesn't have a lot of character though there is a pool with hot tub if you fancy it.
