Am a gold HHonors member and shall be staying for my second & third time next month.
For my first stay, was in Tower 1 or three towers and very central. Although room was rather large, the decor was a bit dated and elevators were rather slow.
Now booked for next month and have contacted the hotel in advance - staying for one night initially and then returning in ten days time for an additional week stay.
Service has been great - spoke to central reservations who are allowing me to keep my bags in the hotel (free of charge) during my ten days away and promsied to deliver to my room when I return.
Lobby is impressive with free interenet WI-FI access. Restaurants are varied; but have been adequate for tired travellers.
Conceirge has been the best - make good use; since were given lots of advice; discount coupons and made us feel very welcome.
Although the hotel is rather large (just under 2,000 rooms) - the service has been very personal and Cityscape on the top of the hotel has amazing views (cocktails rather nice also!).
Small pool; but great location - looking forward returning.
