This is a smart and clean hotel in the central part of Vienna. The capital is within walking distance but the hotel is also close to the tram stops making travel even easier. Consider booking via their website or an independent agent, for best prices. Apply for the 'free' Hilton Honours card (rewards available and priority checkin & checkout).
The staff are helpful and nothing is too much. Breakfast is very good with a varied choice of foods. The hotel bars are small but never seemed to get fully packed out. Ask for some nuts and a bowl for free will be supplied.
The rooms are comfortable and of a good size. Its very clean throughout. The gym is tiny but there is a spa and its suitable to take a glass & drinks into.
I've given it a 5star excellent rating as it was fault free. The service is superb, the hotel clean and tidy, we had no complaints.
Consider getting a Vienna card. It gets you into various places at a reduced rate and some travel for free. You also get a booklet which gives discounts in certain places.
