HPB SUPERB! APARTMENTS

Advantages: Beautiful, Peaceful, Ample parking and easy to find.
Disadvantages: Isolated, Peaceful No nightlife.

During my summer holidays I embarked on a great holiday to Scotland for 10 days. I am going to review the Apartments and the complex and the surrounding areas. ********************** Location ********************** The Trossachs is located around an hour northwest of Stirling and within an hour of Glasgow. The are a number of small towns with lots of pubs, shops and Edinburgh woolen mill shops around. There is Aberfoyle and Callender within 10 minutes drive which both have an array of shops and tourist centers. Around the area near the hotel is a number of large rocky mountains and mountain streams all within walking distance of the hotel. There are also three beuatiful lochs within 5 to 10 minutes that can be cycled round or just to sit by for a picnic, we took advantage of the picnic sites around the lochs quite frequently ...

Spiros... A Stunning Little Greek In Naxos

Advantages: Close to The Beach
Disadvantages: The Rooms in the Original Building are Quite Dated

The Choice... My passion for browsing holiday brochures on cold dismal nights continued, the hubby fancied the Cyclades- a group of Greek Islands scattered across the Aegean sea of Greece - for a change from our usual choices of Crete, and Kos etc.- and as ever it was left to me to choose the appropriate dwelling for our two weeks.away. I decided on Naxos, only accessible by ferry via a chartered flight to Mykonos (if partaking in a package), the largest Island in the Cyclades.. The week before Christmas of 2004 I booked and paid a small deposit of £90 to Kosmar - a Greek holiday specialist in the UK - the balance of £600 was due the following June - plenty of time to save. Sleeping in Sicily

Advantages: Good Restaurant, Excellent Staff
Disadvantages: A bit far from the resort centre

the interest of consumer reviews! DIRECTIONS If you're anything like me you'll be highly organised before going on holiday (well you'll have printed off maps and put them in a file without looking at them!). Throw a wedding into a mix and the result is an unorganised Jo and frantic printing of hotel details, tickets and maps the night before leaving. Looking at the map you can print from Expedia I was none the wiser as to how to get to the hotel, fortunately the hotel's website has a better map in a pdf format which you can print (www.santalphiohotel.com). To give you some advice however would perhaps prove useful here. From Catania Airport car rental bit, turn left out of the airport and follow the stream of traffic to the motorway, find the signs to Messina and head off in that direction.
