What a buzz I get when I recieve nice comments about my op's

Holiday Hypermarket is possibly the worst travel agency I have had dealings with. I am in the travel trade industry and, as part of my job, I have to deal with many travel agencies on a daily basis.
From the outset of making a phone call to them, you are bombarded with “please press 1 for, 2 for” etc. Then, just when you think you have done it and managed to get through, the patronising recorded male voice says, “please call 08721…” So, ok you then dial that number and it takes you through the options then up pops Mr Smug again who prompts you to dial the original number!!
As a point to note, I have now discovered that as soon as your call is connected, push number 1 on your phone keypad then # and you will be connected to the next available moron. You will then be put on hold a few times, transferred to someone who may be able to help and then finally cut off!
Basically, the whole company (from management down to telesales) appear sloppy and unwilling to help. Their telephone system needs destroying and all staff need training on how to at least SOUND happy and enthusiastic.
From reading other people’s opinions on this company, I gather that the product knowledge of the staff at Holiday Hypermarket is very good and the holidays themselves are reasonably priced. What a shame their telephone manners let them down.
The first and last time I had the misfortune to phone homiday hypermarket, I had the exact same problems. No matter how good the staff knowledge is I would not book through them. Good op Jill.

Advantages: Great choice for you and your family or friends. Disadvantages: Can be pricey and walks between are uncovered so bad weather can leave your dancin shoes a tad wet!
