all facilities that today´s demanding traveller expects to find in a modern hotel. All rooms are equipped with free highspeed internet connection. Restaurant Brasseria, serves a breakfast and a wide range of Slovak and International cuisine. The Holiday Inn Bratislava ?s Conference Centre offers fully air-conditioned rooms for up to 400 delegates and are suitable for all kind of events.
Advantages: cheap at first glance Disadvantages: not really cheap, overall insufficient product & service quality
...Some writers have commended the HolidayInn for its excellent service at very reasonable prices. A look behind the scenes of the brand policy, products and pricing shows however a very different picture. HolidayInn is in fact often more expensive than the competition and provides a low degree of service for the price.
The problem with the perception of HI is that most people only know their lowprice HI Express chain and have little to say about HI's other brands and products. All five opinions posted on HI before mine only discuss the merits of HI Express, but that's just one of four HI brands. That's also Ciao's mistake, they should have created a category for each brand/chain separately.

Advantages: Location is perfect for shopping, eating out and going to the movies. Disadvantages: Traffic noise.
...I went to the HolidayInn Express (Glasgow) on a short city break from my home in Aberdeen - it turned out to be a pretty good decision...
HolidayInn Express (Glasgow) - Right in the Heart of the City
Visitors to Glasgow will find this the perfect base from which to see the sights. It is next to the Buchanan Galleries shopping centre and virtually next door to the huge 7 floor UGC cinema. Advantages: It's a floating hotel! And it's cheap Disadvantages: You're not going to write home about the decor or service
...'s the norm for Slovakia. The restaurant is very cheap, £2 for a main meal, 70p for a beer, £2.50 for a bottle of wine, and there are loads of bars and restaurants nearby to explore.
There aren't many other facilities, no internet access or laundry, so it's maybe not ideal for backpacking, but for a cheap weekend break, I'd recommend it.
Find out more (well see some pictures) by putting botel gracia sk into google.
In all it's worth it for the different experience of sleeping on a boat in the middle of the city. The radisson and the holidayinn in Bratislava are just like the ones in Leeds or Manchester, but we're painfully short of Botels like this one....

We stayed here for a week in August. Check-in was very quick and the staff had put a cot in our room for our little one which was great. The rooms are a good size and are of a nice finish, fresh and quiet. The bed is a good size and the bathroom was... more
