Disadvantages: Only accessible on the westbound A55, slightly dated decor

Summary This is a well priced and family friendly hotel, ideally located for easy access to North Wales, and an ideal stop off for any holiday in Wales. I stayed at this hotel for one night in October 2009. The Hotel The hotel is just off the A55 about halfway between Chester and Llandudno. The hotel is only accessible from the A55 westbound, and you have to travel to the next junction to travel back to England, which is slightly inconvenient unless you are travelling on further into Wales. The hotel is spread over three floors. There is a small reception area as you enter the hotel. There is a bar and restaurant to the right of the reception desk. Advantages: Modern, great location, excellent facilities
Disadvantages: Can be expensive if not booked through a deal

Holiday Inn Leeds Garforth

Advantages: Excellent food, friendly staff, convenient location
Disadvantages: Small rooms

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Leeds Garforth for one night on Saturday 30th March 2008 as an overnight stopover on the way up to Darlington for my friend's wedding the next day. We chose this hotel because of its location, the late check-out time and because it looked alright from the website. Hotel Information The Holiday Inn Leeds Garforth is a 4 star hotel located in a quiet rural location on the outskirts of Leeds. It has 144 rooms situated over 2 floors, the majority of which are non-smoking. It has plenty of parking spaces in a well lit car park and parking is free, we had no problem finding a space.
