A trained lawyer who deviated into the accounting profession. I am critical and never accept anything at face value. Always prodding, questioning, exploring and reviewing.

I usually use the Holiday Inn Express hotels during my various personal visits around the UK. My wife and I used this particular Holiday Inn Express in Glasgow last year in November during our visit to the City. I found the hotel very cosy and the staff very friendly. We missed the breakfast as we had overslept but were able to get a nice midday meal at the adjacent cafe. The rates are very affordable and definitely great value for money. However, the rooms are not too spacious although they are quite clean and the bathroom is quite impecuous. We'd recommend this hotel for people who are not fussy about too much room space and who enjoy a small but cosy and value for money hotel accomodation.
