This hotel is in a superb location surrounded by bars and local restaurants with a lovely view of Brayford Marina. The hotel is well maintained inside and out and feel very welcoming and homely. The room was a good size (We had a couble) with all the usual refinements. A choice of television channels, writing desk with internet access, tasteful decor, plenty of mirrors and a huge bed as well as chairs to sit on. The bathroom facilities were also very good, with compliamentary toiletries and a wall mounted hair drier which was far more efficient than one might expect from an "included" appliance. There was even the added bonus of a speaker from the Television in place over the bathroom sink, enabling you to listen to the news/music channels while you were in the bathroom. The bar and restaurant facilities were very nice indeed, well presented and excellent service particularly at the self service breakfast. We would most certainly stay there again if in the area, no matter how long we were staying.
