At the moment there are no free classes BUT there should be.
You can get an induction for the gym, a diet plan etc
I joined with my mum as she works for the NHS, it was slightly cheaper, you can go when you want it costs about £650 for the two of us. You can pay monthly by DD but we chose to pay in one lump sum, as its £70 cheaper a year than DD and we got one extra month free.

The staff at the club seam very helpful and chatty it has a very relaxed feeling about the place.
Well I paid my money and after that the manager wasnt as nice as before! Before I paid it was first name terms now he runs away from me!
After going for my first month:
I have not been able to get into the Jacuzzi, yesterday it was 107! Too hot to put your foot in!
The other members are shaving in the sauna and steam room which is very dangerous.
I found glass in the pool and they had to empty it!
I told the manager the above problems which he added: You have cost us thousands by finding glass in the pool!! I thought i had saved them thousands by not suing them or letting someone get a worst injury than my own!
He told me Its up to me to report people for shaving, I have done everyday since I started. They dont do anything, I wouldnt of thought it was my job, I just want to go there and relax!
So the niceness has gone, I dont think I would part with my money so easily again!! If anyone else has had problems at the gym I would love to hear from you!!
Advantages: easy to find and convenient a good price for holiday inn Disadvantages: bit dated but has a charm
as most wheelchair users know disabled facilities can be somewhat varied. this hotel is small but very friendly and better value than most. making the reservation was easy as was checking in and parking beside the door. although the room being upstairs is not as convenient as some it was no problem for me in my wider chair, but the lift is compact! the rooms themselves were however surprisingly large, almost suite size, and did come with the option ... ...the bathroom facilities are low bath and shower, but there were ample handrails for me.the restaurant menu is limited and as we were there at half term it is noisy. for the disabled the restaurant is lower ground and the seperate lift down is very snug. although the menu is limited and you need to check the boards yourself for added extras, the quality of the cooking was exceptional. we didnt add side orders and didnt need them in the end. one of ...
