The Holiday Inn at Leeds Bradford airport is about 5-10mins drive from the airport itself. It can be found down a long driveway with scenic and vast countryside views around it. The local scenery is breath-taking and the staff make your visit worth-while.

Ample car parking is available for all residents and a small reception is immediatley found through the main doors. The staff are friendly and quite funny, and a simple request is never a problem. The immediate reaction is the hotel is well presented.

Beside the reception area is the bar and restaurant and the prices are not to attractive, but its a mainstream hotel. Located just behind the reception desk is a small comfort area with complimentary newspapers and a corridor to the rooms and lifts to the upper floors.

The ground floor also has an onsite gym and pool of which are both complimentary for residents.

The rooms have double beds and a seperate bathroom both of which of high standard. The beds have standard pillows but a pillow menu is available on your bed for allergy sufferers and other needs. Behind the main door is an open wardrobe with hangers and a trouser press. But make a quick call to reception and an ironing board along with an iron will be up shortly.

A mini-bar is in the rooms but will have to be requested to be filled by the staff if you want to take advantage of it. Tea and Coffee making facilities are also an added feature of the room.

The TV has movies available at the press of a button and also a selection of playstation games can be played all of which are an added extra charge.

Pulling back the curtains the views are un-imaginable, green surrounding land with rabbits everywhere. Its such a peaceful location and not in a bustling town that will make sure you get a good nights sleep.

Room service is not quick but reasonable. The prices are much cheaper than the main restaurant with a friendly staff member always behind the door.

The rooms can be temperature controlled with a remote device and the bathroom has complimentary shampoos and shower hats etc. They also have a small notice stating that if you have forgot anything such as razors or shaving gel etc then give reception a quick call and they will take one up to you. This is impressive really as I always forge things and its an added service which most hotels rarely advertise.

If you are having a stop before or after your flight from Leeds Bradford then the hotel offers its own courtesy car service which runs everyone to and from the airport at the time you request.

The hotel has all the added extras you wouldnt really think of, such as the pillow menu and the missing things from your night bag.
If you want to venture out of the hotel grounds a little village sits opposite the road with a pub which offers great food at lower prices, otherwise its a good taxi ride into the local town for further amenities.

The staff add the extra touch to the hotels warm and welcoming atmosphere.
