If you need a hotel in a good location with easy access to the motorway then this is the hotel for you. Just off the M62, junction 25 going towards Brighouse. It sits on a hill with gorgeous surroundings, its a great location for weddings. It was built in 1989.

If you fancy having a wedding or other function with it being 2 to 200 people we can cater for everyone. We also have a very nice courtyard for weddings and functions. There are 7 meeting rooms altogether and all of them are located on the ground floor and with air conditioning.
Now for my views on the hotel, I've worked there for nearly 7 years and I love working there including going there when I'm off to enjoy the leisure facilities. The staff are really friendly and we have a can-do attitude to make sure the customers stay is enjoyable. The food is done to specification and if you have breakfast go inclusive cause its expensive if you decide to have it in the morning so your not spending loads of more money. There's loads of choice and you will leave full and satisfied and the mood is nice and relaxed so your not feeling like you are being rushed away. I'm normally found on the cooked breakfast area frying eggs and I'm always willing to help with anything a customer wants. I use the spirit club gym and swimming facilities most of the time, its really clean and modern looking, with friendly staff to help you if you need anything like refreshments or if you've forgotten armbands. If you have children the hotel staff will keep them entertained with activity packs and all children eat free. The receptionists will also help you if you need directions to different places or if you need directions to the hotel and they will also offer you priority club membership which can be worth while.
Advantages: Excellent quality in a good position Disadvantages: Rooms overlooking the rear courtyard can be noisy at weekends
Hotel chains can be very faceless and lacking in interest. Having spent six years living out of hotels, I?ve become only too familiar with the charms of the Forte Posthouse chain (now part of the Intercontinental Hotels Group and rebranded as HolidayInns). Why then am I writing about this particular hotel?
Where is it?
~~~~~~~~~
The Leeds/BrighouseHolidayInn is immediately adjacent to the M62 at junction 25. This is about 10 miles from Leeds but the position close to the motorway means that, for business travellers, it is worth considering for a range from Manchester, which is only an hour to the west, to York and beyond. For leisure travellers there is good access into the Pennines and North Yorkshire.
