Holiday Inn London - Brent Cross, London

This hotel is straight across from the Brent Cross Shopping Centre, with a free shuttle service to Brent Cross Train Station of which only takes 5 minutes from the hotel.

The check in was quick and staff helpful, our room was clean and tidy and was cleaned everyday. We stayed for 3 nights we did not use the leisure centre of which is not at the hotel but at Golders Green there are some shops in Golders Green also a Chip Shop and other food places.

We did not use the available laundry service and the mini bar is expensive.And do not forget this is not an Express by Holiday Inn, so breakfast is not included.

The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Brent Cross Shopping centre is good and has foodplaces such as Pizza Hut, Mcdonald's and Burger King, it also has a number of coffee shops including Starbucks.

There is also a cinema of which is nearby of which we went to see the film Final Destination 3 at.

Shops in the shopping centre include Dorothy Perkins, H & M, Hugo Boss, The Body Shop and a small Swarovski shop.

There was even a circus in the adjoining car park when we visited.

The short shuttle ride to the station involves buying tickets from a machine of which is simple and easy to use.

The short train journey of which had taken around 15 minutes and we were on our way to London Zoo, diappointed as they were renovating a lot of the areas, but the price was still the same. The restaurant is expensive and food was not that brilliant.

There are a couple of souvenir shops with a good range of quality plush cuddly toys-a must have souvenir.

We went on our way to visit Harrods,Hamleys, Madame Tussauds and we went on the London Eye.

We are thinking of visiting London again and we will definitely think about staying here again as we had a really nice time here.

There is not anything on site for children to do but there is so much to see and do close by.

The cost for our 3 night stay in February this year cost £176.83, this includes the 17.5 % added for tax, this was for our whole stay, not based on per person rate.
