Food - first night we ate at the bar. I had a margerita pizza. What can ... ...middle! I am not one to complain but on this occasion i let the staff know and they couldn't do enough for me. The pizza went back and came out 5-6 mins later piping hot. They also brought me another glass of wine free of charge as way of an apology. I'm easily pleased!!!

Check in - polite and efficient service. All the paperwork for my stay was there on reception and they just needed my cerit card details and a couple of signatures and i was given my room key.
The Room - we were on the 3rd floor with a view of the main road. Although quite busy you couldn't hear anything. The room itself is typical of that of most holiday inns i have stayed. The bed was comfortable, there was a desk, iron and ironing board and i tv with standard channels and some satelite channels - mainly news.

Gym - there is one here and i did put my head through the door but didn't use it. It seemed fairly well kitted out with Cardio kit etc.
Overall impressions - a fair hotel which would be good as a base for exploring - not one for those who love luxery though!
