En route to France we stayed overnight in the Holiday Inn, Kensington Forum.
Though a huge hotel this has all the comforts of home with well equipped rooms and friendly helpful staff with excellent service as the reception desk was manned at all times.
The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with extras available if needed.
Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was wonderful.
Even the lifts to the different floors were quicker than expected - a major bugbear of mine when it comes to hotels.
The hotel is central, easily found and enabled us easy access to the underground and all the sights of the capital city.
Overall the hotel rated highly for us and we will definitely stay there again.
