I would firstly like to reassure the nervous traveler that, since the tragic events of September 11th 2001, security at this and other US Airports has vastly improved. I will write about the increased security later in this opinion.

Got a new laptop with Vista and had problems downloading the Homestead software.
Was able to sign into my Homestead account and them got a error that said the Homestead whatever could not be downloaded and the page froze.
I e-mailed Homestead with the error message explaining everything, got a reply that I had to sign in to post a help question.
I explained again that after sign in I got this error message and could not get any further, back came the e-mail saying please sign in and post your help question, talk about frustration.
This went on for weeks I could not get through their thick heads that I could not post a help question because of the problems after sign in.
Use their freephone number I was told, daaaaaaaaaaa it is not freephone from the UK.
I did try and did not even get an answer.

Hi - I normally don't to do these reviews but feel I have no choioce and I must save people from being screwed by this organization. Of course this is just MY opinion but if you google around you will hear of quite few more sob stories., Wish I had come here before buying this crap.
HOMESTEAD SUCKS PEOPLE SORRY TO BE THE BEARER OF BAD NEWS.
REM if it sounds to good to be true its usually is = HOMESTEAD
If you have sunk a lot of money into Homestead I pity you if you have not, stay the f*** away from these people. If your looking for a professional site, buy your own domain and get a pro to do it if you cant do it yourself...You will save yourself much cash in the long run and less headaches/stress forever, BTW after being screwed by Homestead for a about 4 months with ZERO results YES a big fat F****ing ZERO I got my act together.
