I've been to the Hooters restaurant in Hollywood quite a few times and it's fun, and despite it's reputation, it's quite tame really. It is known for its female waitresses who wear, well not very much really! THe standard uniform is a tight vest top which highlights ample front regions and short short shorts, an orange lycra type material. They wear tights underneath. They are usually all generally quite pretty, mostly college girls working for extra money etc. Hooters is your typical American sports bar. The restaurants are decorated with various types of sports paraphenalia and there are quite a few big screens around so you can watch the game. The food is good, again, typcial American sports bar food, barbeque wings, burgers, fries etc. If you do visit there are a number of t-shirts/baseball caps you can purchase with Hooters written on them and various ones with the Owl picture on them which is their logo. All in all a fun place to go with the guys or girls and not as sexist as it's made out to be!

Funny that they're trying to be more of a family place these days in the US. Just as well, if shiny tan tights under white socks and trainers is supposed to be sexy, it ain't working!
