Advantages: Near the Beach, Family run. Disadvantages: Quite small, limited breakfast
I recently went to Chipiona in August 2006. We stayed at the Hotel Brasilia which is located about 3-5 minute walk away from the long, sandy stretch of beach. We arrived at the hotel in a taxi and as soon as we got to the reception straight away we knew it would be completely different to any other spanish holiday we have been on. The receptionist started speaking spanish to us and thankfully my sister, who is studying spanish managed to work out what she was saying. We were directed to our room and had time to have a look round. The room is spacious, had a tele, a lovely marble bathroom, a big wardrobe and a desk. Another major thing we were happy about was the fact that the room had air-conditioning, which we kept on for the whole of the day. However we found out that room didn't actually have a safe for me to put my wallet ...
Advantages: price and location Disadvantages: no sea views
Considered cheap and excellent value for money.
General Description
ElFaro is a three star rated Aparthotel, with around 70 varying apartments and studios with 5 floors and a lift. I believe that it has been renovated within the last couple of years. It has a garden, a pool (a new addition last year), a bar and 24 hour reception. I have only stayed here over the last year, so don't know what it looked it before the renovations, but it's clean, modern, light and very very friendly. You can book rooms as B&B or room only. Of course B&B is slightly more expensive, but worth it. A continental breakfast is on offer each morning for the B&B guests, it's self service and consists of croissants, cereals, bread, jam etc and you can have free coffee refills, well I did anyway.

The boots are available in brown or black, mine are black. They are constructed from waterproof leather, almost with the appearance of moleskin. The sole is vibram whatever that is, it is a thick rubber type sole offering good grip. The boots have a long zip at the back which is easy to undo and do up. It also has an adjustable fastening above the zip. The calf has an elasticated insert making it suitable for a variety of calf fittings, especially medium to wide.
