I feel well qualified to review this hotel as I have stayed here 3 times now and each time it has been expectional. The service from this hotel starts when they transfer you from Cochin airport across the road. Location is the key to this great place. As a lot of international flights land at about 2 am and onwards this is the place to stay on landing. The front of the hotel is just ordinary white washed building low lying 3 floors thats all. However the foyer is quite nice with a great siiting area for guest with lovely comjfy leather chairs and luxurious coachs. The staff in the main area are very helpful and efficient which is what you really need when coming in late at night The 24 hour check out is also helpful so you can enjoy your stay . Breakfast in the delighful dining area is a joy with freshly sqeezeed juices the type I have never experiences before, superb and quite chilled by indian standards. Buffet breakfast is very good and included in the cost. Food is very extensive with lots of Keralain choices as well as Western Rooms are very spacious and delightfully decorated with colourful quilts and beautiful heavy curtains. Bathrooms are also very clean and modern with luxurious complimentry toiletries Outside pool area does need some shade but quite nice and very clean The hotel has just built a gym near by with quite good equipment for the fitness fanatics which i am not. Inside the hotel there is a business centre with internet and fax and ther is tours available as well as transport needs . As the centre of Cochin is quite a distance from the airport this place is ideal for late night travellers. It takes at least 40 minutes to get to the city centre. So make your ongoing travel arrangements for outside peak hou. This hotel is a must for Cochin travellers and we will return yet again.
