We found the staff and layout of the hotel very good. The ambiance both day and night was lovely, and the entertainment both lively and of a good standard. Unfortunately, we found the bedrooms very small, and the air con/heating very loud! The food was a real let-down, being repetitive and of a very low standard. We would have expected more choice and dishes replaced on the hotplates more often. The Health Spa below ground was amazing - would recommend to anyone - well worth paying the entry fee. The central location is excellent being close to all the English bars and some good restaurants. In summary, the hotel was very clean, friendly and in a very good position, the only drawback being its food and small bedrooms.
