Advantages: lovely historic city Disadvantages: may be limiting if you want a big city scene
...Earlier this year, we were searching for somewhere new to go for our annual 2 week holiday. ...Mauritius has always sounded like and advertised as the dream tropical island and when you book with your travel agent or on the web you are driven by the white beaches, luxury hotels and the vision of a tropical island.
The le Coco Beach hotel is situated on its own white beach perfectly clean and manicured each morning.
The hotel is only a 3 star hotel and its fair to say, showing its age.

the bathroom was a big dissapointment mold on the tiles and fitting falling off.
The hotel did do there bestto rectify the problems however it did take the edge off the excellent servic of the staff.
We were going to upgrade to a superior bungalow, but overall the room with its view was the better option.
our package was all...
