Although I've never stayed as a customer in Belvedere, I can easily give a review for this hotel as it's been lots of times that i visited friends who were staying there (and spent a couple of nights as a guest until I found a room for myself).
As you can see from my other reviews, for the past 14 years, i 've spent most of my holidays on mykonos island, I sometimes visit the island more than twice a year, so i think i can have a clear opinion about the most of its well known bussinesses.
Hotel Belvedere is a very well known bussiness in Mykonos. Most of the times you can meet celebrities staying there, as it offers stylish luxury and it is situated inside the town centre, in a small walking distance from the high standard bars clubs and restaurants.
It offers everything you could expect from a hotel in its category, minibar, swimming pool, massage therapies, home cinema, jacuzzi, internet access. Its price is expensive, but very reasonable comparing others of its category.
Belvedere is considered to be on the first line of Myconian hotels, not only because of its unique high standard stylish type of accomodation, but also for its convenient location and its very friendly environment.
It has a sunset pool bar with views around the aegean and frequently organized events and private parties.
However, there is one disadvantage. The hotel is located on the ring road of myconos town, so when you make a reservation you have to be very careful and discuss about the room you will be given. Ask for a room that faces the sea: Rooms that face the road do not have any nice views and they are extremely noisy (you wouldn't like motorbikes and cars passing outside your window!)
Depending on your budget, if you are looking for sth special, Belvedere can be a great value for money.

well, I may have not stayed as a customer, but i did as a guest for a couple of nights until i could find a room for myself, so for me it's exactly the same! (thank god i didn't have to pay, at that time i could not afford it!!!) Anyway, i think i'm rather clear that i'm talking about a luxourius hotel (everything depends on our budget in this life!). I find it excellent for its category, it depends on what you're looking for and how much you'd like to pay! Also, I believe that a review from sb who has some good knowledge of the place, its lifestyle and its people and bussiness, can be very helpful to first time visitors.

would hate rated it better if you had actually stayed at this hotel before, therefore it doesn't inspire me at all
