I stayed in this hotel during easter 2008. I took a party of 30 pupils on a school trip to Iceland. This hotel is conveniently located with easy drop of for coaches. The reception staff were very helpful at all times regarding any matters. The rooms are cosy to say the lest, probably the smallest rooms i have come across however we were not there to sample the rooms. Bathrooms were clean and of an acceptable size. Views from rooms varied gratefull, either a view on a corridor, out onto other buildings or a stunning view if you are at front of building. Close walking distance to pizza hut, restaurants and there is a petrol station with shop across the road including a subway restaurant. Location for whale watchibng was also very close. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Dinners were the same, packed lunches made for us were large. Overall recomended for familes or schools.

Advantages: The lift was quite close to our room, so we could get out of there nice and quickly. Disadvantages: Food poisoning, no sleep, unhelpful staff.
