...I have just returned from staying at the hotel El Cid, This is now my 4 fourth visit so i feel i can express a valid review on the hotel. The hotel is at the lower priced hotel holiday stays in SItges, approx £1000 for a fortnight with B&B booked through an agent, you can do this holiday cheaper if you book indepdantly. Over the past 5 years the El Cid has become alot more noiser and the overall decor is tired and in desperate need of updating. The El Cid offers an excellent Pool area with padded sun loungers, it is a right sun trap and a socialable area where 90% of the gay holiday residents mix, This hotel is very popular with gay holiday makers and affection is often openly displayed, it has a nice mix of both male and female residents. The rooms are very basic, the towels are changed daily and the beds made daily, bedding is changed... Read review

...was there when we went to bed late on the Saturday, and first thing on the Sunday he was there again, answering what must be the same old questions. I hope he gets paid well! There are a few entrances to the hotel. It is well located quite centrally at 123 Queen St West, and within about 10 minutes' walk to the CN Tower, or the Eaton Shopping Centre. There is a big taxi rank outside, and transport to the airport is likely to cost you the same whichever way you get it if you are in a small family, so we got someone in the hotel to organise a taxi for us, which was an executive limo (not stretch, though!) and a very comfy ride indeed. The airport shuttle bus is around $29 Canadian dollars per person for a return trip, but with the three of us, we got the cab, knowing it was going to work out cheaper. There is another Sheraton... ...this Hotel is for those who want to be cuddled and treated at the best. it is on a hill but bery close to the beach. if you dont have a car, they have the shuttle service that bring you up and down. the staff is very qualified and extremely nice. the hotel has a Spa. it is great Spa, with a inside pool, very elegant and with a breathtaking view. the yacuzzi is beaufitul and they have sauna, steamroom and a lot of range of massages. Breackfast is rich, very richit is a buffet and you can choose from the simple cereals and milk to cheese, different kind of cakes and several kind of fruit. you can have brackfast outside with the view on the sea. The room are nice, clean and some of them are with seaview and some are with swimming pool view wich is not bad at all. outside you have like 3 swimming pool where you can take the sun and relax...
