Room
The room we stayed in was a standard room and therefore standard size. It wasn't small or big but I was just what we needed. There was a TV in the room with Danish channels as well as a few Swedish ones. There was a small table with two armchairs so sit comfortable in. The bathroom had a shower but no tub, Danish and Swedish people don't tend to have that as much as English I believe. The bathroom was in good size, clean and fresh with white towels. The bed was really comfortable but there was not a view to speak about. It is a hotel in the city centre so other buildings and more hotels was what we could see, but it didn't occur to me to mind. The décor was is neutral colours. Nothing fancy at all. And I didn't expect it to be.
General hotel amenities
The staffs at the hotel were really nice and helpful with information. The atmosphere is the reception and lobby was quite normal but it was big. There were plenty of sofas to sit in and relax in and a computer you could use with free internet access. The lobby was particularly cosy to be in but it filled its purpose. Including in the hotel price you get a free ticket to a swimming pool/ adventure bath which I think is a big plus. The hotel itself doesn't have its own SPA but in that complex you had it all. If you wanted massage and such you had to pay but the entrance to the pool was free. The complex is in walking distance and there are parking spaces there as the hotel have limited street parking.
Food & Beverages
The Breakfast was included in the price and is served as a buffet with delicious Scandinavian food with suited me perfectly. Plenty of food and lots to choose from such as bread, eggs, juice, yoghurt, lots of meat and cheeses for the sandwiches and the Danishes of course, or as we say "danska wienerbröd". There is no restaurant at the hotel but there is plenty close by and the complex with the swimming pool has got one and they offer room service from there.
Location and surroundings
This hotel is situated right behind the central train station so it's easy to find both with car and if you are arriving with train. Car parks are in front of the hotel as well as by the complex but it does cost. It is close to shopping, Ströget, museums and restaurants. Even though it is in the centre of town it is on a quite street so quite perfect.
