Amazing looking hotel, with a real "wow" factor as soon as you enter lobby. Greeted by friendly reception staff and a glass of bubbly. Very large spread out hotel and takes a little while to get bearings but fairly new and so easy for wheelchair/pushchair users to get around. Rooms large with lovely bathrooms and highest is 4th floor. Very pretty grounds and swimming pools are well maintained. Exceptionally clean hotel. Grand piano playing in the early evening before dinner. The dinner has two sittings, does not seem to have enough staff when full to serve drinks at table efficiently. Large selection of food but hot choices tends to be on the cool side. Staff bring food from kitchen in plastic containers so time it reaches serving station not very hot. Freshly cooked fish is best bet and large amount of salads and sweets are replenished frequently. There is no outside area for having a drink in evening which is a shame. All evening entertainment is indoors. Ten minute walk to harbour of Mogan along flat prom.
