Hauza Resort - overview

Advantages: Cheap and lovely atmosphere
Disadvantages: Too much entertainment

important cleanliness is to me and how clean this room was. Structure of the resort In the morning it was easy to see that actually our monster of a resort was going to be easy to move around, the whole resort was made of a huge reception and main entrance, around 30 hotel buildings, a main restaurant, a man made stream and lake, two swimming pools which were huge a beach and beach bar and lots of greenery and things i have probably forgotten. The Beach We spent a few days of our holiday on the beach, it was a long stretch and full of sun beds and umbrellas. Luckily thanks to the time of year it was, even though the resort was very full of people, it was easy to find a quiet corner if we needed one. I love beaches and this one was definitely a good one, however even though it was sandy, the sand was very hard and contained lots ...

Review of The Hauza Beach Resort Hotel, Egypt

Palm Beach Hotel

Advantages: Location, price, friendliness of local people
Disadvantages: Distance to resort centre, lack of swimming opportunities in the sea

I stayed at this hotel during April 2007 and had a fantastic time. Gambia is a complete cultural experience like nothing else I had experienced before! The hotel was basic but what can you expect for a developing country? The outdoor pool area was lovely and the location, right on the beach, was perfect! The only downside was that the resort centre was about 10 minutes walk away (although much quicker during the daytime when it was possible to walk across the beach to get there) and the sea itself, being thr Atlantic Ocean, was not good for swimming. The Gambian people are the friendliest I have ever met, although you do need to wise up to bumsters! The hotel staff were brilliant though and they will advise you and even show you around their country themselves if you befriend them (which is easy to do). We have made lifelong ...

Review of Hotel Palm Beach, Kotu

A good hotel with Fantastic Staff and on an Amazing Beach

Advantages: Great Staff and Located on a Gorgeous Beach
Disadvantages: Food could become tiresome if you stayed too long

We stayed in this all-inclusive hotel in early December 2007 for 6 nights, but the experience was so good it I can remember almost everything about it. LOCATION --------------- It is located on one of the most amazing beaches I've ever had the pleasure to visit. Diani beach is made of miles and miles of powder white sand. ROOMS ----------- We stayed in one of their Cottage Rooms. This consisted of 3 rooms. The first room as you entered the accommodation was a bedroom with 2 single beds. A mosquito net is provided above each bed. There was also a wardrobe, which also houses the safe. It is worth noting here that the use of the safe is charged as an extra. Other furnishings in the first bedroom include a bedside table and a table lamp. The second bedroom contains a four-poster bed. This too is draped in a mosquito net. There is also ...
