Advantages: Good location in London Disadvantages: Expensive to say the least.
Express By Holiday inn earlscourt, London
I made a visit to Holiday inn, in earlscourt during the middle of July and found this a nice place to stay.
The Hotel had a small sign displayed at the front of the Hotel window advertising rooms from ninety nine Pounds per room per night. Regarding the Hotel's location the nearest tube station is West brompton station which takes around ten minutes to walk from the station to the Hotel, or Fulham broadway is around fifteen minutes away.
The Hotel's immediate location is also close to South Kensington. Therefore Hotel visitors are treated to a great array of shopping malls in Fulham and high streets that surround the area. Directly opposite the Express by Holiday inn is a Thai Restaurant and a Beds Furniture Store. On the corner of the main road is a Polish Coffee shop and many ...
Advantages: Not a bad location and very cheap Disadvantages: Stairs and tiny rooms may bother some
to find your hotel.
Locations and cost
easyHotel is a franchise operation, so not all hotels are owned by the same company. I've only stayed in one, so I cannot comment on how well the standards are maintained between properties.
In Europe there are hotels in Budapest - Hungary, in Larnaka - Cyprus and two hotels in Switzerland, Basel and Zurich
In the UK there are 6 hotels in and around London. Earl's Court, Heathrow, Paddington, South Kensington, Victoria and Luton.
Of the London ones, Heathrow always seems to be the cheapest, sometimes as low as £21.50 I think, but looking at the site now it seems to be consistently around £24.50, £26 with booking fee. The booking fee is per stay not per night. I've noticed that the Heathrow hotel isn't a particularly handy location between the airport and the M4, the hotel operates ...
Advantages: Close to Earls Court Disadvantages: Bit of a tube ride into centre of London
?
----------------------
EarlsCourt exhibition centre and arena was around the corner, The V & A and Natural History Museum were both under a mile away
Would I Stay Here Again
---------------------------------
For an overnight in London, probably not, only because of the distance to the centre of London and the time it took on the tube. If I was staying in London for a week, I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends/family and Ciao members.
