This review is about my holiday at the El Paso Hotel, Port Aventura, Spain in October 2008.
My holiday was booked through First Choice Holidays and for my husband, myself and our 12 year old son for a weeks half board stay with unlimited access to the park, the cost, including flights and transfers was £1200.
We all had a wonderful time, I won't go into the park details as I have already written a review on that aspect of Port Aventura - this review is purely about our stay in the hotel.
We flew into Reus airport and it only took 10 - 15 minutes to get to our hotel.
Before I go any further, let me explain about Halloween at Port Aventura.
Every October and November Port Aventura goes into Halloween mode, and boy - they don't do it by half.
If you have ever been to Disneyland at Halloween - Port Aventura do it ...
Advantages: Friendly, Excellent selection of Food, Disadvantages: Just one (No fridge in room).
and from the beachs. Also their is a road train you can use for 8 euros to salou, this is a great ride if you want to see abit of the area.

You can use all the facialities at the other two hotelsHotelPortAventura and the beach club.
Your room key is also your ticket for the park so keep it safe, you can also have your card charged so you can use it in the park like a creditcard.
Internet Cafe: In the main building you will find the interent cafe (Cost 1 euro for 10 minutes), the best time to go is in the day time as in the evening its packed with teenagers oh and my son.
We have always come home from this hotel feeling relaxed and happy. We have told several friends about this hotel and they have been to the hotel too and loved it as much as we have. ...
For a cheap holiday (£175 per person to be exact, excluding transfers) I wasn't expecting a lot from our 2* Bed & Breakfast accommodation.
