I stayed at this hotel during March 2008. The location of the hotel added to the enjoyment of my visit to New York City. It is close to fifth Avenue and literally across the road from the lincoln centre.
The hotel itself has a very modern decor, all items in the room go well together- the bed is the comfiest I have ever slept in...nevermind stealing the small toiletries (which were very nice and smelt delicious) if I could have I would have taken the bed!
It is literally right next to Starbucks (you can smell the coffee as you walk down the hotel stairs) and has a decent choice of resturants to eat in, including a lovely mexican resturant, an italian and a fantastic breakfast diner called Flames.
The hotel staff were very accomodating providing us with a newspaper every morning. Although perhaps the NY times is a bit too intellectual for me!

The NEWYORKNEWYORK depicts the city's skyline with 1:27 scale replicas of the Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge and Statue of Liberty and more. And to round it off, they built a roller coaster, the Manhattan Express, to keep people happy. It was a shame that the coaster was not working while we were...
