Advantages: Location, Price and Staff Disadvantages: Nothing, It is what it is!
(without mentioning the hotel) and it was the by far the most enjoyable meal of the holiday. We stupidly ate at the Hard Rock Cafe (real Italian experience I know).
On the day we left, we were told we could leave our bags in the lounge area, there is no cupboard or anything and these could have been taken, although there is someone behind reception 24 hours a day. But it felt safe, we left our cases and they were fine, this was from 9am-1pm.
Overall
********
I would totally recommend a weekend to Rome to anyone who is interested, I would also say this hotel is not 5 star, top notch quality, but it is clean, a good location, it is reasonably priced and the owners/workers are great.
To look at the hotel or book direct their website is: www.clarinhotel.com ...
Advantages: LOCATION Disadvantages: Bar shuts too early

*********COST**********
This is always my favourite place to start !!!! Well this hotel is in my opinion an average cost for a 3* hotel inRome at about £105 per room per night including breakfast. I know you can definately get cheaper priced hotels but I was happy with this cost for what you get (all will be revealed).
*************LOCATION************
I have to say that the Hotel Impero is in a super location, in a lovely leafy area. I would best descibe the location as right in the centre of the historical art city of Rome, overlooking the Roman Opera ...
Advantages: Central, cheap, clean, Disadvantages: holiday was too short!!

::: Why the Valle Hotel? :::
There are a number of reasons why we chose Valle. The first was that it was central, about 5minutes walk from the main train station (Stazione Termini) from there you can catch a bus to anywhere in the city, or get the metro or a train to other local towns or further afield if you wish.
::: The Hotel:::
It is a relatively small hotel with only 40 rooms. There is a welcoming foyer, with a reception desk manned 24/7. There is also a little bar. The rooms are fairly modern, comfortable and very pleasant. All rooms are en-suite. The rooms were clean and inviting. All ...
