...What a disappointment! This hotel is definitely not of a 4 star quality! The rooms are a bit outdated, and especially the bathrooms are awful. No bath plugs are provided, so a bath is out of the question, and you have to take a shower in the bath. And the service we received from the hotel staff was absolutely terrible. They were unhelpful with helping us get to the hotel, and once we did arrive were pretty unfriendly. The only nice thing about this hotel is the view. After a few days of staying here we opted to cut our stay here short and booked into another hotel. Mykonos is a great island with some lovely hotels, and since they can often be even cheaper, this one should be avoided!... Read review

Advantages: luxurious, inside town centre, myconian/aegean views, excelent service, friendly stuff
Disadvantages: lots of rooms on the back with no views and too much traffic noise

...Although I've never stayed as a customer in Belvedere, I can easily give a review for this hotel as it's been lots of times that i visited friends who were staying there (and spent a couple of nights as a guest until I found a room for myself). As you can see from my other reviews, for the past 14 years, i 've spent most of my holidays on mykonos island, I sometimes visit the island more than twice a year, so i think i can have a clear opinion about the most of its well known bussinesses. Hotel Belvedere is a very well known bussiness in Mykonos. Most of the times you can meet celebrities staying there, as it offers stylish luxury and it is situated inside the town centre, in a small walking distance from the high standard bars clubs and restaurants. Advantages: close to city center, unique panoramic aegean sunset views,swimming pool, parking, very clean, great hospitality, excellent value
Disadvantages: breakfast is rather poor

...For the past 14 years, i spend the biggest part of my summer holidays in Myconos. Here, i have to say that Myconos is a very expensive island, and as in any touristic place, it is very easy to become a victim of profiteers. Also, as a greek myself i feel very ashamed of seeing people making elicit profit from tourism. However, after a 3 year "hunting" for a hotel that would satisfy my needs without having to pay a fortune , i spent some days in Tagoo. Since then, I have become a regular customer, and tagoo became to me sth like a summer house. The prices are extremely good comparing the average ones in Mykonos and Tagoo has lots of advantages that extinguish it from the rest. A Tagoo double room costs exactly the same as a well maintained but very simple double one in the crowded center of the town, with no views or any swimming pool... Read review
