The hotel is outside Alcudia in Playa De Muro but the buses are regular and cheap to the strip. The hotel as a courtesy bus to the beach, which is lovely, shallow and white sand and ample sun beds and umbrellas.

Hotel On arrival check-in was efficient and staff polite but a little stern looking. Lobby was quite spacious with ample seating and also Internet facilities, with Reps desks at the end. Off the lobby was a large bar with satellite TV and games machines for the children to waste their money on. This is also where they held the entertainment in the evening.
The Restaurant Although this was quite big, people do tend to descend at the same time at mealtimes, we found if we went in early rather than later they was plenty of tables and buffet full, if we went in later you had to wait for items to be filled up. The Bar wasn't too expensive a bottle of wine cost about 8 Euros. The food was quite good and usually plenty of choice from salad, meat dishes and desserts, fruit and separate children's buffet.
The Rooms Our room over-looked the pool area, but the rooms at the other side of the hotel over-looked the lake both views were really nice. The balcony was very big with table and 3 chairs and also clothesline. I think the rooms were pretty large with 2 single beds pushed together, with bedside tables and lamps also a settee becomes 3 or 4 beds, also in the room was a wardrobe which we found plenty big enough for the 3 of us for a weeks stay, the TV was on the desk, they also had a coffee table and chair.
The Bathroom This was big enough for any-ones needs and included toilet, bidet, vanity unit with large mirror, bath and over bath shower which was really powerful. The usual toiletries (shower-gel, soap) were attached to the wall over the bath and sink, there were also other complementary items too, i.e. shoe shine, sewing kit, comb and tissues.
Pool-Area There are 2 pools on the complex one being over the road which is the one I preferred because it was salt-water and slightly warmer, both pools had children's area with lots of umbrellas and sun-beds (with it being late in the seasons they were always plenty but in peak season have heard there is a race in the mornings to reserve but there are announcements throughout the day saying towels will be removed if beds not being used.) by each pool they have a snack-bar.
Other Facilities Tennis courts Squash court Sauna Gym Very small Jacuzzi 3 Children's clubs (babies, toddlers and teens) found these were excellent. Mini-golf Table tennis Pool table Free laundry room
I found this hotel to be a good all round 3* star hotel and better than some 4* First Choice hotels, the kids reps were fab with the kids in our party and Gav deserves a mention.
10 minutes down the road are the beach, shops and bars, some of the good bars were The Swan and also Cheers where they have a happy hour from 7.30-9.30 and entertainment is always good for a laugh!
We did the Inca market and outlet trip but found these disappointing, I think all markets are the same really and the outlet stores had more places to eat than shop.
Overall had a good holiday and would recommend hotel as a decent 3* hotel, basic rooms but descent entertainment for all.
Paid about £650 for 2 adults and 1 child so happy with this holiday.
