Hubby and I stayed for 4 nights. Very easy to get to from the metro - although the entire metro system is not signed particularly well! Main restaurant was closed due to travelling out of season, but the bistro supplied great food.
The hotel was great - except the bedroom. It's one of the smallest I have ever stayed in - I think that we were given a duff room! Looking at the room map on the back of the door we were in the smallest on the floor! The walls were painted very darkly which didn't help the room size "effect" at all. And there was no hot water! On only one morning did I manage to have a shower. However, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were excellent - some of the most friendliest hotel staff I have come across. There are no safes in the room - which we found unusual.
Brussels itself is a very quiet city!
