I'm going to tell my situation: we arrived to the hotel, here we was assisted for a miss, who told us that the hotel had a problem with the pipings and we had a book in ... ...asked where was the other hotel but we didn't have answer. When we arrived to the other hotel we realiced that this hotel was too far, and there wasn't transport near to go to the beach, and to go to lisbon. We decided to go to the beach by taxi, because we didn't have other option. When we return to the hotel we asked if they are going to pay the taxi's price but the denied to paid us. Moreover the recepcion's service is horrible and painful. I'm going to tell my situation: we arrived to the hotel, here we was assisted for a miss, who told us that the hotel had a problem with the pipings and we had a book in other hotel until we solved the problem. We asked when they started to had this problem, and they said since the day before, but we wasn't warned until this moment. We asked where was the other hotel but we didn't have answer. When we arrived to the other hotel we realiced that this hotel was too far, and there wasn't transport near to go to the beach, and to go to lisbon. We decided to go to the beach by taxi, because we didn't have other option. When we return to the hotel we asked if they are going to pay the taxi's price but the denied to paid us. When a partner ask for the security box key, the receptionist tried to bribe him, she told him that he could get the key free, if we forgeted the taxi's bill. Last day we ask for the claim book, but instead of this she gived us a white sheet, we told the recepcionist that it wasn't a claim sheet, then we speaked with the manager, who was agresived with us and shouted us. we are not an aisle case, this hotel have overbooking
