Moreover the recepcion's service is horrible and painful. I'm going to tell my situation: we arrived to the hotel, here we was assisted for a miss, who told us that the hotel had a problem with the pipings and we had a book in other ... ...asked where was the other hotel but we didn't have answer. When we arrived to the other hotel we realiced that this hotel was too far, and there wasn't transport near to go to the beach, and to go to lisbon. We decided to go to the beach by taxi, because we didn't have other option. When we return to the hotel we asked if they are going to pay the taxi's price but the denied to paid us.
