Me and my family stayed here a few years ago. You can't fault this hotel
for luxury. After all it's a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious, it has a
large open air pool with plenty of sun loungers. There are 2 restaurants

There are 2 restaurants which offer a variety of choices. However prices are high, and a better option would be to drive to Marbella about 10 minutes away. You will be spoilt for choices with an array of cuisines catered for. One downside if you don't have a car you have to take Taxi's everywhere which could be costly if traveling longer distances. A feature of the hotel is the cabane which is a 5 minute drive away, with regular shuttle buses to take you there. It's worth checking the web site for special deals on rooms, we paid £80 a night with breakfast. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Los Monteros.
