We went to Ibiza last summer, It was a last minute trip and we made our reservations through a website. The pictures from this hotel were nice, a splendidswimming pool , comfortable rooms , and so on. But the problem was: you cannot see the bathrooms in any of the pictures on the web. And that was the worst part. The hotel is placed in San Antonio de Portmany .The location for this hotel was only good for people looking for nightlife, but the worst nightlife you can find in Ibiza, I mean: drink a lot and be drunk all night and day. Small rooms, old furniture, the smallests bathrooms I´ve ever seen in all my life- and trust me, I´m not very young .We paid 300€ for 2 nights there - in august- and that was the worst money I´ve ever spent in all my life. If you want quality lodging in Ibiza, you'll better avoid this place. cleanliness- It was Ok, but everything was so .. old, that you find yourself looking at it with a magnifying glass, an umconfortable feeling... ----------------- comfort: The matress was too soft and... noisy. You can hear from your room all the noise on the large corridors - every floor has at least twenty rooms full of very young people ,who is going in an out of their rooms almost ten times during the night, I don't know why, maybe they left the cigarretes inside? --------- The bathroom: that was the worst. To enter the bathroom was an adventure so I`ll tell you how you can rich the bathtube: first you open the door, put a step inside and, I hope you are fit enough to close the door after you, and then you can try to wash your hands. It needs an improvement, It is the kind of bathroom you can find in your granmother's house- if it is not remodelated recently, of course. ---------------- The hotel area: The sorrounds are very noisy, full of Discos .San Antonio is not the best place to stay in Ibiza- in fact is the worst. So I recommend to look for a hotel in Ibiza Village( remainning hippie style there) in the west side of the island, or in Santa Eulalia. -------- the parking:
It´s supossed to be a park car right there, but they told us to drive around to find a place to park, and to be careful because the drivers were a litlle bit crazy and you could find your car damaged in the morning. ------------ The customer service: Was ok. We arrive late at night, under the inquisitorial eye of the recepcionist, who was analysing our identity cards to know if we were scaping from jail or something. We found the room with the windows opened an full of mosquitoes, and she was kind and gave us a spray to kill them. ----------------- The restaurant:
The food was correct, no complaint about that.
Definitely, we cannot recommend this hotel, not even this area if you are looking for a place to sleep in Ibiza.
Ibiza island is a nice place to go, the beaches are wonderful , the weather perfect, and in San Antonio you'll better go to "café del mar" to enjoy the sunsets, but after that, look for a hotel driving distance from San Antonio.
I mean, I like fiesta, but not enought, I´m afraid.

I'm glad you pointed out that this is a poor hotel as just been looking at hotels in the internet in San Antonio. I'm also sorry that you didn't enjoy San Antonio. I have to say that I love it if for a holiday full of nightlife...It has Eden and Es Paridis close on hand and is convenient to get to all the other clubs such as Amnesia and Priviledge.
The hotel MARCO POLO is situated at 100 m from the main beach of San Antonio and 200 m ... more
from the centre surrounded by restaurants bars and other attractionsA very short walk away you will find the beach and the famous zone of sunset bars Cafe del M...
