Advantages: Lots to see and do in the day Disadvantages: Quiet at night
...Gibraltar is a Great place to visit for a day or two.
Plenty of Historic sights and attractions, a couple of beaches and two lovely marina`s. As you enter through the city walls you really feel like you are entering another world. And considering how grotty the Spanish side is, it is a relief.
The Main street is bustling, nice buildings, and very neat and tidy. Packed with duty free shops. Make a point of stopping for a drink at Queensway quay which is a smart marina.
Don`t stay at The Caleta hotel though as it is very run down. Far nicer at The Rock hotel.
We went out in the evening but most of the pubs were empty and the Main Street is dead.
The restaurants by the marina`s were busy though, and quite a good standard....

Advantages: none Disadvantages: expensive, jobsworth staff and unfair with refunds
...and this was re-used to pay for another hotel.
The flight was fairly normal, arrived on time but never took off on time, i have used this airline around 5 times as my sister lives in the Netherlands but find the aircrew quite stand offish and not very pleasent, the take off times are not regularly on time but the flight usually is quite quick. My son fell asleep 30mion into the flight and was not offered the "Sandwich" lunch as he was asleep, or a drink which i thought was unacceptable as the flight cost £170 for each of us(return) can do this for around £50 on easyjet....

Advantages: Good Rooms, Friendly Service, Brilliant Facilities, Quality Local Food, Short Walk to Dartmouth Disadvantages: None
...I have staying the Dart Marina three times now and I feel I need to share my experience with you. Lets put it simply the start with, the hotel is brilliant. There is no other word to describe it. It is right on the seafront and within a pleasurable walking range to Dartmouth. It has outstanding views across the sea with regular yaughts coming into the marina. The team of staff are friendly, helpful and see to your every need. The chef, who I have met, is a brilliant cook and has produced several different and amazing dishes from local produce each time I have been there. The rooms are immaculate and stylish with TV, radio, en-suite and several complimentary items. The facilities, which include a spa, swimming pool and gym, are state of the art and enjoyable to use. All in all, I will be returning to this hotel again and again and I would...
