Veneto and the Spanish Steps. It is ideally situted in the a quiet and most exclusive district of Rome, PARIOLI, and faces a beautiful park. The Morgana Panama Garden provides a comfortable and discreet refuge from the bustle of central Rome. It is elegantly furnished and has a well-tended garden and patio where guests can relax in warmer months. The hotel is opposite the historic Villa Ada, one of the city\'s loveliest parks. Advantages: see the Roman power Disadvantages: Bad traffic system
...I went to Rome on october 2000, in the sense of Roman city is very good to visit and find out how great the roman power was....I went there by myself and friends. The traffic of the city is very bad in my opinion, they drive very fast and without rules....they usually drive over the light...please don't expect that much to walk immediately when the green light to allow crossing the road....
I had prefered to explore the Rome city by walk because I couldn't stand its transportation system...bus system is very difficult to understand.....taking the underground only when I wanted to go back to the hotel. In the train, please be careful your bag and stuffs especially during the rush hours, the pickpockets work in this time.......

...Reasons for choosing this hotel:
We chose this hotel for the first couple of nights of a two week self-drive tour in July 07 based on it's proximity to Rome and the fact that the area is rich in history - fabulous Villas built as it was one of the most popular destinations of Roman emperors due to the sulphur springs and spa waters which are still thought to be of the highest quality.
Directions:
Tivoli is to the North East of Rome and is easily accessible from both Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. Join the Rome Ring Road and exit at Junction 13 (head towards Tivoli), the hotel is approximately 10km from this junction. The hotel is also easily reached from the centre of Rome by public transport - the railway station Bagni di Tivoli is 1km away and the bus-stop on the main Rome-Tivoli line is 300m from the hotel.
