The hotel room had brilliant air conditioning (an absolute must in the hotter months) and a little fridge that could easily fit a big bottle of lemonade as well as a bottle of water in it and still have room for some food. I personally liked this as there is nothing worse than warm water.

I personally liked this as there is nothing worse than warm water. There is refurbishment going on at present ( Apr 07). *********FOOD********** We stayed on a half board basis and had breakfast every morning in the hotel restaurant. The food was always fresh and there was plenty of it. If there was something specifically we wanted, all we had to do was say to the chef and he organised it for us. You can have a cold or cooked breakfast . I must admit we normally had the cooked breakfast and really didn't need too much(if anything) at lunchtime. However there was plenty of fresh fruit, cheeses, pastries, cold meats and cereals if you want something healthier!
*************BUILDING WORK************ NOTE - there are building works going on at the moment - when we were there they were working on a block of apartments. But the noise didn't start to early in the mornings, usually about 8.30 or 9.00 and it usually consisted of the odd hammer banging and occasionally a power tool, but I do have to say we didn't find it that much of a problem. There is alot of building work going on throughout the island so it doesn't really matter where you stay as far as that goes.
***********SUITABILITY*********** I would say the hotel is more suited to adults and off season thevast majority of people on the complex seem to be over 60.
**************ENTERTAINMENT**************** I liked the entertainment but it really didn't start until late at night, but the shows are good quality. Nothing out of the ordinary, the standard singing acts that you get in any hotel.
***********RESORT********** I would recommend Los Cristianos more as a starting point to explore the Island, or for those wanting to relax more around their hotel. It really does not have enough in the way of shopping to keep you occupied for 2 weeks !!! You can go into Playa De Las Americas, which costs about 5 Euro each way in a taxi. If you want to go on up to Torviscas it will cost about another 8 Euro each way. I would recommend you do this on a Thursday as there is a market that sells lots of t-shirts,A frican goods, handbags, jewellry, etc. Torviscas is definately a little bit more up-market than Los Cristianos.
************NEGATIVE*********** The hill that the Paradise Park sits on - only the very fit could walk up and down it !!! Easier option take a taxi as it's only 3 Euro oneway, and they are really easy to get.
*********POSITIVE********** The spa complex next door is really peaceful. Great to pamper yourself in.
***********OVERALL********** Would I go again? Yes. I really liked this hotel. The room was great and the food was super. With both of those and a dose of sunshine, what more could you ask for.

Quick review of Hotel Paradise Park, Tenerife
Been at the Paradise Park a week ago and I have to say this place is just great. The suite was very comfortable and modern, the food very tasty and the staff is very professional and friendly. Don't miss the spa nor the Atlantida Wellness Center when you get there! I booked by www.hotelparadisepark.com ...

Quick review of Hotel Paradise Park, Tenerife
Very nice hotel. Ideal for families. Pool areas are fantastic. The only downside is that it is located part way up a very steep hill. If you are a perfectly well and able person then this won't be a problem as it is a lovely 8-10 mintue walk straight down to the beach with some bars half way to stop for a drink!
Just out of the main front entrance and to the right if you look up the road you'll see a restaurant called 'Coy' - it's lovely. Good choice of really nice quality food for everyone with great service. Quite posh but reasonably priced - worth several visits during the holiday!! ...

Advantages: all except one disadventage Disadvantages: disappearance of values from the reception's safe
The hotel was very pleasant. But: at the day of checking out we quited our room at 12.00 and have free time before flight (at 20.20), we checked passports, tickers and money to the reception-s safe. When we returned at 17.00, the documents had disappeared. Nobody stealed then except stuff. And nowadays all the week I'm waiting their answers, but they don't think about their reputation. They keep silence, escape of the answer
They have many problems ...
