In brief, this was a lovely hotel to stay at- in the heart of Vienna and close to all public transport links. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

Rooms: I had a single room which came with a double bed, TV, wardrobe, shower, safe, minibar, fridge and table. The room was spacious, had air con and was very clean. I had a fantastic view of the park outside and the only gothic cathedral in Vienna which was right next door. the maid came in every day and the room was cleaned to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and although there was no iron, when requeste it was brought straight up to my room with an ironing board.
Facilities: There as no PC with internet connection however there was a wreless internet connection in the lobby for use with your own laptop. There were two restuarants and a bar.
Restuarant:The food was amazing however there was a limited menu. One night we had a bbq specially set by the hotel and there was a lot of choice here and the food was delicious.

Anyway, I went ahead and booked the hotel, which again, was easy and I immediately received an E-mail confirmation.

A couple of hours later Sam said to me, ?Do you want to invite Allison along?? This is his sister who lives very close to us and who?s husband died of lung cancer in June 2004 after being diagnosed out of the blue the previous November. I immediately agreed as Allison and I get on very well. I telephoned her and she was delighted ...
