...the osborne hotel is near langland bay,the mumbles swansea south wales the osborne is fortunate as it overlooks the stunning gower coastline. the hotel has a wonderful a la carte restaurant and wine bar serving bar meals it has incredible views over the langland and caswell bays. the hotel is licensed for weddings as is the beach. it has a small car park but gets very crowded in the summer months the friendly staff make everyone feel welcome the menu is varied and caters very well for vegetarians and vegans alike i could thoroughly reccommend this hotel to everyone... ...in the evening. Drinks prices are pretty standard although the restaurant is split into an A La Carte section and a buffet section. The range of food is quite extensive and caters for every taste. Parking is also available at the hotel for a price of €13 and pets are also allowed to stay in the hotel at a price of €14 per night. ***STAFF & CLEANLINESS*** I arrived at the hotel just after midnight, having travelled for most of the day and getting lost part of the way through so i wasn't in the best of moods when I arrived, yet the member of staff behind the reception desk was extremely polite and courteous as well as having a smile on his face, despite it being the middle of the night. Bar and restaurant staff were always friendly and the chambermaids were equally as nice, often making conversation with you as you go downstairs for breakfast each day... Read review

Advantages: Proximity to airport, well appointed
Disadvantages: Not the most luxurious, the smell of aviation fuel at times!

...We stayed at the Quality Inn last year and although maybe a touch basic, it was nevertheless very comfortable. As first-timers in the States, we needed a hotel very close to LA Airport (LAX) since this was our last stop of our tour. It features an excellent swimming pool and cafe/restaurant, plus all the usual facilities in the rooms like air conditioning and cable TV. It's true that American hotels with low star ratings can still be very luxurious and the Quality Inn was no exception. It's close proximity to the airport (shuttle bus every 30 minutes) and the San Diego freeway make it an excellent and affordable base in which to explore LA. Look it up on Century Boulevard West, South-west LA.... Read review
