Hotel

This small hotel is situated right in the middle of the action about 4 doors up from The TajMahal ,which a perfect location in this very unattracive dusty town. It has a lovely garden and lawn area in the front ,and the building itself is single story The guest rooms are situated seperately from the main building ,which include a dining area and reception. There are also 4 separate quaint deluxe rooms near the garden area which had just been completed when we stayed recently. This hotel is quite inexpensive if you are on a tight budget
Facilities

Included in this little place is an undercover outdoor resturant , situated right near the gardens giving it has a lovely atmosphere. The menu itself is a little unimaginative ,however the food is good. You have your usual array of veg meals, as well as finger food ie: pizzas and french fries as well as sandwiches and omeletes . There was no travel desk as such, just an informative manager for all travel queries. No pool or spa and I dont think there was a play area just the garden and some seating for relaxing. No internet when we were there. Telephone ISD was available however .as well as a small cafe area
RoomS

Mainly double rooms were available and 4 delux room which didnt offer anything outstanding except for a television. Beds were o.k. No bed clothing only sheets and rattly aircon and ceiling fan . It is not luxurious but suficient for an overnight stay. However ther was no protection from the dreaded mosqitoes ,as in our room there was a gap for ventilation above the window ,so the blitters had no trouble getting in. After talking to management an insect coil was are only weapon of defence. Management very slow and lots of things were missing from the room including towels and soap. Overall the hotels position is such that it is a great location ,and we would stay again because of this convenience . The town is very crowd and hard to get around in taxis and rickshaws.This litlte hotel has a nice feel about it even though there are small problems and is quite cozy, and seemed a haunt for young people when we visited. It is so close to the Taj and if you are limited for time it is ideal
